A sweet and fruity drink can make a cookout much more fun, even if it's hot outside. A few recipes are shared below for you
to try on your next outing.
Miquel's Margarita
A smooth and cold margarita, best served with
Yeyo.
Ingredients
1 oz
Yeyo (Silver) Tequila
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz Sweet and Sour
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Grand Marnier
3 oz Cranberry Juice
Pour all ingredients into ice filled blender. Blend and pour
Sara's Ice Tea
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup water
20 mint leaves
2 small lemons, sliced
About 1 gallon of water
2 large Lipton iced tea bags, or 4 small Lipton tea bags
Directions
In a sauce pan boil 2/3 cup granulated sugar and 2/3 cup water together, until the liquid is clear
and the sugar is melted. About 3 minutes. Next add the syrup to a
gallon sized jug followed by the mint leaves, lemon slices, and enough
water to fill the jug. Hang the tea bags off the jug and close with a lid. Set in the sun for several hours.
Remove the tea bags and chill until cold. Or pour into a tall glass with ice.

Pinapple Mist
Ingredients
- 46oz Can of Pineapple Juice
- 8oz Can of frozen Orange Juice concentrate
- 2 liter of 7UP
- Ice
- Punch Bowl
- Large Spoon
Directions
- Begin by pouring the Pineapple Juice in your punch bowl. (Please pick any pineapple juice that you love to drink)
- Open up your Orange Juice Concentrate and place either the whole or half of the frozen juice in the with the pineapple juice. (People that like less of an OJ taste use only half of the frozen concentrate)
- Pour the entire 2 liter bottle of Sprite or 7UP in with the Pineapple Juice and OJ concentrate.
- Mix slowly with a large spoon and finally add the ice. (Do Not mix the juice until the frozen concentrate is gone, let it dissolve on its own)

Ingredients
- Ingredients 12 oz cup 3 scoops ice cream small amount of milk 1 capfull of amaretto liqueur
- 3 capfulls of irish cream ligueur
- chocolate syrup
Directions
Mix the ice cream and milk in a blender until it is like a shake. Add a fair amount of chololate syrup and stir. Then add the 2 liqueurs and stir again. enjoy. Add as much of each as you see fit.
